Pragya Singh, MPH is the Project Coordinator of the Empowerment Project at the Center for Bioethics. She is a recent graduate of the Mailman School of Public Health where she recieved her Masters in Public Health. As an aspiring attorney, she has a special interest in the use of laws and policies as tools of agency for violence and disaster victims.
